We are happy to gift a SPS to the residents of Katigorah. In our days , there were hardly any english schools of repute in town. I am delighted to have SPS which will be a great learning destination in the district and nearby areas and the students will not have to migrate to other places in search of quality education.
We strongly believe that every student is a unique person with his or her own set of abilities, needs and aspirations. We at SPS are committed to bring out that uniqueness.
Besides academic excellence, the school is committed to inculcate in all its students, strong ethical values of integrity, politeness, kindness and respect for elders. I firmly believe that education should foster confidence, discipline, clarity in thought and decision-making ability to set and achieve goals, and above all, social responsibility as a life-long process.

Stanford Public School is established on March 2021 with noble cause of imparting flawless and valuable addition to the students of eastern part of katigorah. Accordingly it is decided and the foundation of our school is laid and it is possible due to the blessing of Almighty good wishes of the parents and guardians and the “SAPLING” is planted by the dedicated members of the committee of SPS. “Children are believed to be leaving us dropped from heaven.” Hence we pay attention to catering their needs rather than the want of the student. Plenty of good English medium schools are cropping up and there has been a tremendous demand for them. Our aim is to create an elite society, forget their base or create a gap with parent our institution can always take pride in providing a platform to repeat the Culture, Tradition and Heritage of Assam along with modelling them to adjust to the changing Trends of the modern society.
